I am writing this post in a jiffy and it kind of reflects the mood of the post as well. Here is an instant fix for an accompaniment that is peppery, hot, sweet, and sour. It takes just a few minutes to make and fewer to get polished off. Grab the recipe and get going!
250 grams shredded Radish
1½ – 2 tbsp Lemon juice (adjust to taste)
1 – 2 tsp finely grated Ginger
3 Green chilies (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1½ tsp Caster Sugar Salt to taste
Mix everything together and allow to sit for about 5 to 10 minutes and serve!
Note: You can use any kind of radish for this.
